Bak Kut Teh (Pork Ribs Soup)


CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce

    Cooking Method

    1. Boil pork ribs in water, together with unpeeled garlic, CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce and sugar over medium to low heat until tender (approximately 90 mins).

    2. Dish out, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve.

    • 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce
    • ¾ cup CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
    • 20 cups water
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1.5 kg pork ribs
    • 20 cloves garlic (unpeeled)
    • Coriander leaves
