Baked Chicken in Light Soya Sauce

    Cooking Method

    1. Marinate chicken with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, water, cinnamon sticks, star anise, garlic and chicken powder for at least 2 hours.

    2. Bake marinated chicken in pre-heated oven (180 °C) for 20 mins or till brown, and serve.

    Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp (80 ml) CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
    • 240 ml water
    • 50 gm garlic (minced)
    • 10 gm chicken powder
    • 2 gm cinnamon stick
    • 2 gm star anise
    • 1 kg chicken
