Black Pepper Beef Kebab


CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper sauce

    Cooking Method

    1. Stir-fry red capsicum for 1 min.

    2. Pour CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce and add beef cubes into wok.

    3. Stir-fry for another minute and stir well.

    4. Put the capsicum, bananas, and beef cubes on skewers, and serve.

    Ingredients

    • 125gm (½ jar) CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce
    • 200 gm beef (diced)
    • 2 pcs bananas (sliced)
    • ¼ red capsicum (cubed)
