Black Pepper Beef Pasta

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce


    Serves 4


    Cooking Method (Beef):

    1. Marinate sliced beef with CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce. For best results, marinate for 3 hours.

    2. Heat up cooking oil, stir-fry beef till cooked, and put aside.

    Cooking Method (Pasta):

    1. Cook pasta, and remove the water when cooked.

    2. Heat oil in frying pan, and add cooked pasta and CHNG Kee's Black Pepper Sauce (4tbsp).

    3. Add white wine sauce, salt and pepper taste.

    4. Stir-fry lightly, and dish out.

    5. Top off with cooked black pepper beef and spring onions.


    • 120 gm (1/2 jar) CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce
    • 600 gm beef (sliced)
    • 5 stalks spring onion (cut into 2 cm)
    • Cooking Oil
    • Pasta
    • White wine sauce
    • Salt & pepper
