Claypot Rice

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Yam Rice Mix

  • Cooking Method

    1. Pour boiling water into the claypot, add Thai fragrance rice and stir evenly. Cover the claypot and cook for 3 minutes.
    2. After cooking for 3 minutes, open up the cover and stir the rice.
    3. When the rice is almost cooked, add in chinese sausages (sliced), mushrooms (sliced), chicken cubes and CHNG Kee’s Yam Rice Mix.
    4. Cover the claypot, and continue to cook for 5 minutes until it’s fully cooked.


    • 20 gm CHNG Kee’s Yam Rice Mix
    • 120 ml water
    • 120 gm Thai fragrance rice
    • 60 gm chicken cubes
    • 60 gm dried black mushrooms (sliced)
    • 40 gm chinese sausages (braised and cut into small pieces)
