Beef Rendang

    Serves 2-3

    How To Cook

    1. Heat wok and add oil, together with CHNG Kee’s Rendang Paste and beef chunks to stir-fry.

    2. Add water to mixture, and bring to boil.

    3. Lower the heat, and add coconut milk.

    4. Simmer for 1-2 hours until gravy is thickened and serve.

    Ingredients

    • 240 ml (1 jar) CHNG Kee’s Rendang Paste
    • 500 ml water
    • 250 ml coconut milk
    • 10 ml (1 tsp) oil
    • 500 g beef (cut in large chunks)
