Well-equipped with various fully automated machinery to meet our clients' grinding needs and requirements, our comprehensive services include emulsifying, mixing, chopping and grinding all types of vegetables and spices. The powerful equipment we utilised allow us to grind and emulsify some of the toughest and most fibrous ingredients. The machines are controlled by an analog-digital panel with adjustable speed to produce the ideal size and textures as required.

Adopting the latest glass bottling technology ensures that our manufacturing consistently achieves the highest level of hygiene standard. This is made possible through our fully automated glass bottle-filling production line. There is no human contact throughout the entire production process, from washing, filling, capping, labelling, carton boxing and shrink wrapping.

Our double nozzle machine also helps in packaging products consisting of both solids and liquids.

Our Powder Filling and Sealing machine can also break bulk, especially with powdered food products and spices – these include products like flour, cocoa, chocolate, spices, chilies, curries and pepper. These can be re-packed into package size from 1gm to 5kg weight.

Pasteurization is a critical process in our production process. It helps to kill pathogens while minimizing nutritional degradation while ensuring the highest safety standard. With pasteurization, we can readily produce ready-to-eat products and sauces with extended shelf lives.

As the pioneer in Singapore to manufacture Yusheng ingredients for both the consumer and Food Service markets since 1990s, we have a dedicated production facility to ensure the highest productivity and quality products. The ingredients are prepared from fresh vegetables like ginger, melon and lime and hygienically packed and processed using modern machinery and technology.

Being the first to launch Yusheng in the consumer market, our DIY pack allows families to enjoy the auspicious dish at home and with relatives and friends. With unsurpassed quality and taste, our two core brands of "Sin Hwa Dee Fa Cai Yusheng" and "Chef Chen Green Tea Prosperity Yusheng" have undoubtedly, became market leaders. These are sold in all major supermarkets like NTUC, Cold Storage and Giant.  

The emphasis we placed on our production expertise, superior quality and taste has enabled us to become the largest supplier of Yusheng ingredients to hotels, restaurants and catering outlets (HORECA), including international airlines like SIA.
