Abalone Mushroom With Sesame Seeds

Ingredients A
- 500 gm abalone mushroom
- 50 gm lettuce
- 10 gm white sesame seed
- Flour
- Cooking oil
Ingredients B
- ¼ tsp CHNG Kee’s Hainanese Chicken Rice Mix
- 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
- ½ tbsp CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- ¾ tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp Chinese cooking wine
Cooking Method

Remove the stem of abalone mushrooms, and soak in hot water.

Remove the water, and coat abalone mushrooms with flour to deep-fry with hot cooking oil.

Drain away oil, and set aside abalone mushrooms.

Heat pan with cooking oil, and add Ingredients B.

Add abalone mushrooms to stir-fry, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Place lettuce on serving plate, and put abalone mushrooms on it to serve.
