Serves 4-6
Cooking Method

Blend CHNG Kee’s Sambal Belacan Chilli Paste, onion, green chilli, lime leaves, lemon leaves, mint leaves and galangal together.

Put cut long beans, cauliflowers, cabbages, turnip and carrot into a pot, and add chicken stock, blended spices, water and CHNG Kee’s Tom Yam Paste.

Cook for 15 mins, and serve.

- 4 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Tom Yam Paste
- 20 gm CHNG Kee’s Sambal Belacan Chilli Paste
- 100 gm onion
- 100 gm long bean (cut)
- 100 gm cauliflower (sliced)
- 50 gm cabbage (sliced)
- 10 pcs green chilli
- 3 pcs lime leaf
- 2 pcs lemon leaf
- 2 pcs galangal
- 1 pc turnip (cut)
- 1 pc carrot (sliced)
- 500 ml chicken stock
- Mint leaves
