Oriental Style Australian Beef Steak

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Plum Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil

  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce

 

Serves 4-6

 

Cooking Method

  1. Marinate sliced beef with ingredients A for more than half an hour, and pan-fry till medium cooked.

  2. Add in mixed ingredients B

  3. Stir till fragrance, and serve.

Ingredients A

  • 1 tsp CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce
  • 3 tsp corn flour
  • 600 gm beef
 

Ingredients B

  • 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Plum Sauce
  • 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tbsp CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp A1 sauce
  • 1 tbsp HP sauce
  • 1 tbsp L&P sauce
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 gm onion
