Cooking MethodWash Pomfret fish, and place it on plate for steaming. Top fish with sliced ginger and tomato, and steam for 10 mins. Heat up CHNG Kee’s Nonya Steamfish Chilli Sauce in a pan, and pour over cooked fish. Garnish with sliced red chilli, spring onion and coriander, and serve.
