CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek

  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce

 

Serves 4-6

 

Cooking Method

  1. Heat cooking oil in wok, and stir-fry onion cubes and CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek till fragrant.

  2. Add water, squid, CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce and tomatoes.

  3. Stir-fry evenly, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp (100 gm) CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek

  • 1 tbsp (20 ml) CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce

  • 2 pcs tomato (sliced)

  • 1 pc onion (diced)

  • 500 gm squid (cleaned and washed)

  • 50 ml water

  • Cooking oil
