Cooking MethodHorizontally slice scallops halfway through, and stuff mashed shrimps in between. Fry French beans and carrot with cooking oil, and set aside. Fry scallop sandwich with cooking oil until both sides are golden in colour, and place it on top of fried French beans and carrot. Boil ingredients B, and thicken it with starch water. Pour it on top of scallops, and serve.
| Ingredients A- 300 gm shrimps (mashed)
- 150 gm French bean
- 100 gm carrot (sliced)
- 8 pcs scallop
- 1½ tsp starch (mixed with water)
- Cooking oil
Ingredients B- ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Hainanese Chicken Rice Mix
- ¼ tsp salt
- 50ml Chicken Broth
- 1 pc egg white
