CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
Serves 4
Heat cooking oil, and stir-fry sliced fish flesh for 1 minute.
Stir in CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek.
Add boiling water and CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add corn flour to thicken, and serve.
