Sliced Fish in Sambal Oelek

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek

  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce

 

Serves 4

 

Cooking Method

  1. Heat cooking oil, and stir-fry sliced fish flesh for 1 minute.

  2. Stir in CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek.

  3. Add boiling water and CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes.

  4. Add corn flour to thicken, and serve.

Ingredients

  • ½ jar CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek
  • 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 500 gm fish flesh (sliced)
  • 100 ml water (boiling)
