Baked Chicken in Light Soya Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (80 ml) CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
- 240 ml water
- 50 gm garlic (minced)
- 10 gm chicken powder
- 2 gm cinnamon stick
- 2 gm star anise
- 1 kg chicken
Cooking Method
Marinate chicken with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, water, cinnamon sticks, star anise, garlic and chicken powder for at least 2 hours.
Bake marinated chicken in pre-heated oven (180 °C) for 20 mins or till brown, and serve.
