Singapore Black Pepper Crab

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce


Serves 3-4



Cooking Method

  1. Wash and cut the crabs into quarters. Crack claws slightly.

  2. Heat wok with cooking oil, and add crab to deep-fry for 2 mins.

  3. Place the crab in a strainer to drain the oil.

  4. Add butter, garlic and CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce in a wok, and stir-fry till fragrant.

  5. Add the crabs back to cook for a few minutes, and serve.


Ingredients

  • 200 gm CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce
  • 5 gm butter
  • 1.5 kg fresh crab
  • 5 pcs garlic (chopped)
  • Cooking oil
