CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:
Serves 3-4
Wash and cut the crabs into quarters. Crack claws slightly.
Heat wok with cooking oil, and add crab to deep-fry for 2 mins.
Place the crab in a strainer to drain the oil.
Add butter, garlic and CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce in a wok, and stir-fry till fragrant.
Add the crabs back to cook for a few minutes, and serve.
