Crispy Meat Biscuit with Hainanese Chicken Rice Mix

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil
  • CHNG Kee’s Hainanese Chicken Rice Mix

 

   

Cooking Method

  1. Mash chicken drumstick and prawns, and that add ingredients B.

  2. Stir mixture till thicken, and shape into a 25 mm diameter ball.

  3. Sprinkle some potato flour on corn kernel, and coat balls with corn kernel.

  4. Press it flat to make a biscuit, and steam with boiling water for 5 mins till cooked.

  5. Dish out, and thenand set aside.

  6. Heat pan with cooking oil under low heat, and fry biscuit till it turn golden brown in colour.

  7. Drain off the oil, and serve.

 

Ingredients A

  • 200 gm chicken drumstick
  • 100 gm prawn
  • 1 can corn kernel
  • Potato flour
