Cooking Method -
Mash chicken drumstick and prawns, and that add ingredients B. -
Stir mixture till thicken, and shape into a 25 mm diameter ball. -
Sprinkle some potato flour on corn kernel, and coat balls with corn kernel. -
Press it flat to make a biscuit, and steam with boiling water for 5 mins till cooked. -
Dish out, and thenand set aside. -
Heat pan with cooking oil under low heat, and fry biscuit till it turn golden brown in colour. -
