Cooking MethodMarinate chicken with CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce, lime juice and pepper for 1 hour. Brush marinated chicken with margarine before roasting in microwave on high temperature for 15 mins. Turn over chicken meat and repeat roasting for another 15 mins, and serve.
