Fried Fish in Nonya Steamfish Chilli Sauce

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Nonya Steam Fish Chilli Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce


Cooking Method

  1. Marinate the fish in corn flour and CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce

  2. Deep fry in hot oil, drain and set aside.

  3. Heat up the CHNG Kee’s Nonya Steamfsih Chilli Sauce.

  4. Pour over the fish and serve.

Ingredients

  • ½ jar CHNG Kee’s Nonya Steamfish Chilli Sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 500 gm fish fillet
  • 20 gm red capsicum
  • Corn starch
  • Cooking oil
