Cooking Method -
Marinate chicken thigh with CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce, CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce and tomato sauce, and heat pan with little cooking oil. -
Stir-fry marinated chicken until golden brown in colour, and remove to put onto plate. -
Stir-fry sliced onion, green and red peppers, and add water and remaining sauce. -
Pour over onto fried chicken, and serve. | Ingredients - 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 pc onion (sliced)
- 1 pc green pepper (sliced)
- 1 pc red pepper (sliced)
- 600 gm chicken thigh (washed and deboned)
