Nonya Stir-Fried Prawns with Lemon Sauce

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Lemon sauce


Serves 4-6


Cooking Method

  1. Wash prawns and remove shells, and soak with little sugar in cold water for 5 mins.

  2. Dice onion, red and green peppers, and heat wok with little cooking oil.

  3. Stir-fry diced onion, red chilli, red and green peppers, and add CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce, sugar and salt.

  4. Stir-fry a few minutes, and add prawns.

  5. Stir-fry for another 3 mins, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar – optional
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 pc green pepper
  • 1 pc red pepper
  • 1 pc red chilli (chopped)
  • 500 gm prawn
  • Cooking oil
