Cooking MethodWash prawns and remove shells, and soak with little sugar in cold water for 5 mins. Dice onion, red and green peppers, and heat wok with little cooking oil. Stir-fry diced onion, red chilli, red and green peppers, and add CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce, sugar and salt. Stir-fry a few minutes, and add prawns. Stir-fry for another 3 mins, and serve.

- 1 pc onion
- 1 pc green pepper
- 1 pc red pepper
- 1 pc red chilli (chopped)
- 500 gm prawn
