Cooking Method1. Arrange lettuce on the plate, and placed smoked salmon on top of lettuce. 2. Prepare lentil salad by adding boiled lentil, tomato cubes, onion and capsicum, and season with lime juice. 3. Blend blue cheese and fresh cream, and flavour with CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce. 4.
