Smoked Salmon & Avocado Hors d' Oeuvre

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce


Serves 4-6


Cooking Method

1. Arrange lettuce on the plate, and placed smoked salmon on top of lettuce.

2. Prepare lentil salad by adding boiled lentil, tomato cubes, onion and capsicum, and season with lime juice.

3. Blend blue cheese and fresh cream, and flavour with CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce.

4. Pour over salmon and scrapped avocado, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce

  • 3 tbsp lime juice 

  • 500 gm lentil (soaked in water)

  • 250 gm blue cheese

  • 200 gm capsicum, onion, tomato (diced)

  • 250 ml fresh cream

  • 2.2 kg salmon (smoked and rolled into flower shape)

  • 2 pcs avocado (scrapped)

  • Lettuce
