Stir Fried Prawns with Mango Lemon Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce


Serves 4-6


How To Cook

  1. Peel off prawn shells, wash, and soak with a little sugar in cold water for 5 mins.

  2. Dice onion, red and green peppers into large chunks.

  3. Heat wok with little cooking oil, and stir-fry chunks of onion, red and green peppers.

  4. Add CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce, and stir-fry for a few minutes.

  5. Add prawns, and stir-fry for another 2 mins.

  6. Add mango chunks and salt to taste, and serve.


  • 3 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce
  • 500 gm prawn
  • 100 gm mango (diced)
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 pc green pepper
  • 1 pc red pepper
  • 1 pc red chilli (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Cooking oil
