How To Cook -
Peel off prawn shells, wash, and soak with a little sugar in cold water for 5 mins. -
Dice onion, red and green peppers into large chunks. -
Heat wok with little cooking oil, and stir-fry chunks of onion, red and green peppers. -
Add CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce, and stir-fry for a few minutes. -
Add prawns, and stir-fry for another 2 mins. -
Add mango chunks and salt to taste, and serve. | Ingredients - 3 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce
- 500 gm prawn
- 100 gm mango (diced)
- 1 pc onion
- 1 pc green pepper
- 1 pc red pepper
- 1 pc red chilli (chopped)
- Salt
- Sugar
- Cooking oil
