Cooking Method -
Marinate sliced beef with ingredients A for more than half an hour, and pan-fry till medium cooked. -
Add in mixed ingredients B -

- ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
- ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce
- 3 tsp corn flour
- 600 gm beef
Ingredients B - 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Plum Sauce
- 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce
- ½ tbsp CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp A1 sauce
- 1 tbsp HP sauce
- 1 tbsp L&P sauce
- 200 ml water
- 100 gm onion
