Cooking MethodClean spare ribs and cut to desired size. Mix all other ingredients, and marinate ribs with the mixture for at least 2 hrs. Arrange marinated ribs on a heat-proof dish. Bake in oven until cooked and golden brown in colour, and serve.
| Ingredients- 3 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce
- 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ kg spare ribs
