Cooking Method

1. Peel off skin of roasted duck, and spread CHNG Kee’s Peking Dip Sauce over egg rolls.

2. Place spring onion, cucumber, sliced red chillies and roasted duck skin over egg rolls.

3. Roll it up, and serve

Ingredients

• CHNG Kee’s Peking Dip Sauce
• 30 gm red chilli (sliced)
• 1 whole roasted duck
• Egg rolls
• Cucumber
• Spring onion
