Boil spare ribs in boiling water, and set aside.
Marinate spare ribs with CHNG Kee’s Yellow Bean Paste for at least 1 hr, and deep-fry.
Drain away oil, and add shredded red chillies and ginger.
Steam for about 30 mins, and serve.
