Stewed Pork Belly Meat in Peking Dip

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:
Heat cooking oil in wok, and stir-fry ginger strips, garlic, spring onions and CHNG Kee’s Peking Dip Sauce till fragrance.
Add pork belly meat, and stir-fry evenly.
Add in water and ingredients B.
Cook till meat is tender, and serve.
