Stir Fried Beef and Vegetables in Hoi Sin Sauce

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce


Cooking Method

  1. Marinate beef with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce.

  2. Heat wok with oil, and stir-fry onions and garlic.

  3. Add marinated beef, and stir-fry until nearly cooked.

  4. Add vegetables and CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 300 gm beef (sliced)
  • 100 gm vegetables (cut)
  • 50 gm onion
  • 10 gm garlic (chopped)
  • Cooking oil
