Cooking MethodMarinate beef with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce. Heat wok with oil, and stir-fry onions and garlic. Add marinated beef, and stir-fry until nearly cooked. Add vegetables and CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce, and serve.

- 300 gm beef (sliced)
- 100 gm vegetables (cut)
- 50 gm onion
- 10 gm garlic (chopped)
- Cooking oil
