Cooking MethodMarinate chicken meat with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, and heat up cooking oil. Stir-fry onions and garlic, and add marinated chicken meat. Stir-fry until nearly cooked, and add vegetables and CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce. Add seasoning to taste, and serve.

- 300 gm chicken meat (shredded)
- 100 gm vegetables (shredded)
- 50 gm onion (sliced)
- 10 gm garlic (chopped)
