Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables in Hoi Sin Sauce

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce


Cooking Method

  1. Marinate chicken meat with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, and heat up cooking oil.

  2. Stir-fry onions and garlic, and add marinated chicken meat.

  3. Stir-fry until nearly cooked, and add vegetables and CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce.

  4. Add seasoning to taste, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Hoi Sin Sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 300 gm chicken meat (shredded)
  • 100 gm vegetables (shredded)
  • 50 gm onion (sliced)
  • 10 gm garlic (chopped)
  • Cooking oil
  • Seasoning
