Marinate fish fillet with CHNG Kee’s Yellow Bean Paste for 30 mins.
Pour cooking oil to stir-fry marinated fish fillet, and put aside when cooked.
Remove fish from wok, and using the oil in the wok stir-fry ginger strips, chilli and spring onion.
Pour the fried ginger, chilli and spring onion over the fish and serve.

- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 700 gm fresh dory/salmon/cod fish fillet
- 10 gm ginger (shredded)
- 5 gm red chilli (sliced)
- Spring onion (sliced)
