Stir Fry Fish in Yellow Bean Sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Yellow Bean Paste


Cooking Method

  1. Marinate fish fillet with CHNG Kee’s Yellow Bean Paste for 30 mins.

  2. Pour cooking oil to stir-fry marinated fish fillet, and put aside when cooked.

  3. Remove fish from wok, and using the oil in the wok stir-fry ginger strips, chilli and spring onion.

  4. Pour the fried ginger, chilli and spring onion over the fish and serve.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Yellow Bean Paste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 700 gm fresh dory/salmon/cod fish fillet
  • 10 gm ginger (shredded)
  • 5 gm red chilli (sliced)
  • Spring onion (sliced)
