Stir-Fry Meat with Sesame Oil

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil

  • CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce

 

Cooking Method

  1. Stir-fry thinly sliced ginger in pre-heated CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil until golden brown in colour, and add sliced meat and CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce

  2. Stir-fry until cooked, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp of CHNG Kee’s Dark Soya Sauce
  • 500 gm meat (sliced)
  • 6 pcs ginger (thinly sliced)
