CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Rendang Paste


Cooking Method

  1. Fry meat with CHNG Kee’s Rendang Paste, and add water till boiled.

  2. Lower heat, and add coconut milk.

  3. Simmer for 1- 2 hrs until gravy is thicken, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm CHNG Kee’s Rendang Paste
  • 600 gm meat
  • 500 ml water
  • 250 ml coconut milk
