Cooking Method
Marinate fish with CHNG Kee’s Yellow Bean Paste for 30 mins, and top it off with ginger, red chillies, and cooking oil.
Steam for about 10 mins, and serve.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Yellow Bean Paste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 500 gm fresh fish flesh
- 10 gm ginger (shredded)
- 5 gm red chilli (sliced)
