CHNG Kee's Dark Soya Sauce is fermented and brewed to perfection using the best soya beans and other quality ingredients. One of the basic condiments to Asian cooking, this versatile sauce is great for dipping and marinating. It also gives a wonderful glazed finish to braised dishes (such as braised duck).
