Cooking MethodRoll out pizza dough, and cover with CHNG Kee’s Peking Dip Sauce. Sprinkle shredded duck meat, cheese and strips of red and green capsicums on pizza dough, and bake in the oven for 8 - 10 mins at 250oC. Dust with sesame seeds and fresh coriander, and serve.

- 350 gm duck meat (cooked and shredded)
- 100 gm cheese (shredded)
- 50 gm red and green capsicums (cut into strips)
- 30 gm spring onion
- 1 pc pizza dough
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh coriander (chopped)
