Lemon Prawns

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Lemon sauce

  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce


Serves 4-6


Cooking Method

  1. Season fresh prawns with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce and MSG for 15 mins.

  2. Dip seasoned prawns in potato starch, and top off with egg white to deep-fry.

  3. Bring ingredients B to boil, and pour over deep-fried prawns to serve.

Ingredients A

  • ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • ½ tsp MSG
  • 600 gm fresh prawns
  • 1 pc egg white
  • Potato starch

Ingredients B

  • 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Custard powder
