Cooking Method -
Heat cooking oil in a wok, and add CHNG Kee’s Mee Rebus Paste. -
Stir-fry for 1 min, and add water and chicken powder. -
Add mashed potato powder and ikan bilis powder, and mix well. -
Dissolve Motorcar flour and corn flour in water (200 ml), and addto mee rebus sauce. -

- 60 gm Motorcar flour
- 50 gm mashed potato powder
- 20 gm corn flour
- 20 gm (1 tbsp) ikan bilis powder
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 2.2 L water
- Chicken powder
