Cooking Method -
Marinate sliced beef with ingredients A for half an hour, and fry with onion till cooked. -
Add ingredients B to fry till thickened, and serve. | | Ingredients - 800 gm beef (sliced)

Ingredients A - 1 tsp gourmet powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp tenderizer
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 ml water
Ingredients B - 2 tsp CHNG Kee’s Char Siew Sauce
- 2 tsp CHNG Kee’s Plum Sauce
- 2 tsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil
- 4 tsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp HP sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp gourmet powder
- 2 tbsp water
