CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

• CHNG Kee’s Nonya Steamfish Chilli Sauce

Cooking Method

1. Mix all ingredients, and spread a layer of cooking oil on the container.

2. Steam, and serve.

Ingredients

• 20 gm (1 tbsp) CHNG Kee’s Nonya Steamfish Chilli Sauce
• 60 gm (1 pc) egg
• 60 gm fish paste
• 30 gm coconut milk
• 1 gm salt
• Cooking oil
