Chicken Curry With Potatoes

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Curry paste
  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce


Serves 6



Cooking Method

  1. Marinate chicken wing/meat with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce and pepper for at least half an hour.

  2. Stir-fry CHNG Kee’s Curry Paste with hot oil till fragrant.

  3. Add marinated chicken wing/meat, and fry till medium cooked.

  4. Add water to boil, and add potatoes and salt to taste.

  5. Add coconut milk while chicken is being cooked, and serve.


Ingredients

  • 500 ml CHNG Kee’s Curry Paste
  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 3 pcs potato (diced and pre-cooked)
  • 1 pc pandan leaf (optional)
  • 1 L water
  • 3 pkts coconut milk
  • 1 kg chicken wing/meat
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cooking oil
