CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Char Siew Sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Plum Sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil

 

Serves 4-6

   

Cooking Method

  1. Marinate sliced beef with ingredients A for half an hour, and fry with onion till cooked.

  • 800 gm beef (sliced)
  • 1 pc onion
 

Ingredients A

  • 1 tsp gourmet powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp tenderizer
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 200 ml water
 

Ingredients B

  • 2 tsp CHNG Kee’s Char Siew Sauce
  • 2 tsp CHNG Kee’s Plum Sauce
  • 2 tsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp CHNG Kee’s Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil
  • 4 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp HP sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp gourmet powder
  • 2 tbsp water
