Citrus Flavoured Assorted Seafood

CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Lemon sauce
  • CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce


Serves 4-6



Cooking Method

  1. Season seafood with CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce and salt.

  2. Dip seasoned seafood in potato starch and beaten egg white, and deep-fry.

  3. Bring ingredients B to boil, and pour over seafood to serve.











Ingredients A

  • ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 600 gm assorted seafood
  • 1 pc egg white
  • Potato starch
  • Salt

Ingredients B (Sauce)

  • 1 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Corn flour
  • Lime Juice

Sauce Ingredient

  • CHNG Kee’s Lemon Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour
  • Lime Juice
