Cooking Method

1. Mix all the ingredients to marinate with chicken wings (add Motorcar flour the last) for 2 hrs.

2. Deep fry, and serve

• 40gm CHNG Kee’s Curry Paste
• 1kg Chicken Wings
• 5gm Soda powder
• 2gm Chicken Powder
• 2gm Pepper
• 5gm Sugar
• 25gm Motorcar Flour
• 2.5gm Salt
