Cooking Method -
Blanch cucumbers, pineapples and carrot in boiling water for 1 min, and drain water away. -
Add coarsely ground peanut, fried sesame seeds sugar, CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil, CHNG’s Kee Sambal Oelek, vinegar and chill for 2 hrs, and serve. | Ingredients - ½ jar CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek
- ½ tsp CHNG Kee’s Sesame Oil
- 4 tbsp peanut (coarsely ground)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seed (fried till golden brown)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (to taste)
- 2 pcs cucumber (sliced)
- 2 pcs pineapple (sliced)
- 1 pc carrot (sliced)
