CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek
Serves 4-6
Heat cooking oil, and stir-fry prawns for 1 minute.
Stir-in CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek.
Add boiling water and CHNG Kee’s Light Soya Sauce, and simmer for 1-2 mins.
Add corn flour to thicken, and serve.
