Mee Rebus Gravy

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Mee Rebus Paste

 

Serves 15

 

Cooking Method

  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok, and add CHNG Kee’s Mee Rebus Paste.

  2. Stir-fry for 1 min, and add water and chicken powder.

  3. Add mashed potato powder and ikan bilis powder, and mix well.

  4. Dissolve Motorcar flour and corn flour in water (200 ml), and addto mee rebus sauce.

  5. Bring to boil, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg CHNG Kee’s Mee Rebus Paste
  • 60 gm Motorcar flour
  • 50 gm mashed potato powder
  • 20 gm corn flour
  • 20 gm (1 tbsp) ikan bilis powder
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 2.2 L water
  • Chicken powder
