CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

• CHNG Kee’s Satay Sauce

• CHNG Kee’s Satay Marinade

Serves 4

Cooking Method

1. Marinate meat with CHNG Kee’s Satay Marinade for at least 2 hrs, and arrange marinated meat chunks into skewers.

2. Grill on low heat for 15 mins till cooked, and heat up CHNG Kee’s Satay Sauce on low heat.

3. Serve grilled Satays with CHNG Kee’s Satay Sauce.

• 240 gm (1 jar) CHNG Kee’s Satay Sauce

• 250 gm meat – chicken or beef or mutton
