CHNG Kee's Sauce(s) Used:

• CHNG Kee’s Char Siew sauce

Cooking Method

1. Heat cooking oil, and add onions and fry till fragrant.

2. Add diced pork, and stir-fry.

3. Add CHNG Kee’s Char Siew Sauce to taste.

4. Serve with bread/bun.

Ingredients

• 350 gm pork (diced)
• 30 gm onion (diced)
• Cooking oil
