Cooking Method - Pour boiling water into the claypot, add Thai fragrance rice and stir evenly. Cover the claypot and cook for 3 minutes.
- After cooking for 3 minutes, open up the cover and stir the rice.
- When the rice is almost cooked, add in chinese sausages (sliced), mushrooms (sliced), chicken cubes and CHNG Kee’s Yam Rice Mix.
- Cover the claypot, and continue to cook for 5 minutes until it’s fully cooked.
